Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. During high-volume periods or special promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will be notified by email if any significant delays occur.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 10-15 business days. Please note that delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, logistical constraints, or holidays.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. CHRISTOPHER J MONTEMERLO is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.
Lost or Damaged Bags
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or partial refund as appropriate.

Bags and accessories should be used and maintained according to the care instructions provided with each product. CHRISTOPHER J MONTEMERLO is not responsible for damage caused by improper cleaning, overloading, exposure to harsh conditions, alteration, or misuse of the products.
